Brief

Stickerscape are a local company that make gorgeous, high quality wall stickers for children.

The previous website had served its purpose and aside from looking a little dated it wasn't maximising Stickerscape's online sales potential.

We were approached by Stickerscape and briefed to provide a brand refresh as well as deliver a new fully responsive website, incorporating the hundreds of products Stickerscape were already selling.

Outcome

The new WordPress-driven WooCommerce website was launched at the end of July 2017 and has been a resounding success. The bespoke theme design which extends the new branding is fully responsive, fast-loading and user-friendly, and the technical development under the hood has help provide a far richer experience for Stickerscape's customers.

Since launch the new website has seen a huge increase in traffic and conversions, which in turn has resulted in over a 300% upturn in revenue.

“Significant uplift in conversion rates”

We approached CobwebMedia for a complete re-development of our website. This included moving on to a new ecommerce platform, providing a mobile friendly website and refreshing our branding. Andy gave great insight on our initial thoughts, including ways of improving the user experience and design whilst ensuring the website remained optimised for performance. We've seen a significant uplift in conversion rates and absolute sales, particularly from mobile traffic.
