Imperfect Beauty

Lenka Daviesova is an incredibly talented Czech artist based in the UK creating mixed media abstract artwork, drawing her inspiration from a philosophy of finding beauty in all that is imperfect.

Brief

A brand and website was needed to communicate Lenka's passion, personality and vision for her art.

The new website would need to act as a strong platform from which Lenka's art could be exhibited and sold, whether in print or original form.

Outcome

The brand and Awwwards-nominated website we delivered for Lenka was a huge success.

Sensitive animation and motion enhanced the user experience, and beautiful photography throughout helped communicate Lenka's work and passion.

A distinctive brand was also developed to work alongside various marketing and social channels.

Motion

The website is packed with subtle animations and transitions designed to enhance user engagement. Sub-branded tiles featuring a preview image of Lenka's collection and some of the logo elements were animated to good effect and featured throughout.
